Ezekiel Elliott Skips Cowboys Team Flight to Training Camp
By Max Scoli

The Dallas Cowboys will start training camp on Friday in Oxnard, CA, and it's looking more and more likely they'll be without their star offensive player.
NFL Network reporter Jane Slater has been told that Cowboys star running back Ezekiel Elliott was not on the team's flight to training camp Thursday. The two-time NFL Pro-Bowler now has less than 24 hours to report.
It’s official. My sources tell me Ezekiel Elliott is not on the flight to LA. Again, he has until Friday am to show up at camp though. Players have chosen to fly on their own in the past #Cowboys #TrainingCamp

As many suspected, it looks like Elliott could be making a power move to give himself leverage in a potential holdout.
He has been mulling this decision for a while as he attempts to work out a contract extension with the team, but missing the start of camp would certainly complicate the situation. However, it is worth noting that head coach Jason Garrett expects Elliott to report in time.
The seat assignment? 9A. Ezekiel Elliott did not check in on today’s American flight. Why #Cowboys fans shouldn’t panic just yet #ZekeWatch #TrainingCamp pic.twitter.com/0saaNrdsSd

Zeke has definitely earned a raise, though.
The Ohio State product was Second-Team All-Pro in 2018, as he rushed for 1,434 yards and six touchdowns. His ability to act as a receiver makes him a dual threat on the offensive end, recording 567 yards on 77 receptions with three touchdown grabs.
