The Golden State Warriors are going to look a lot different next season than they did during their dominant stretch featuring three championships.

In a surprising move, the Warriors are waiving backup point guard Shaun Livingston, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Livingston will still be guaranteed $2 million of his $7.7 million salary, but it will be stretched out into increments of $666,000 over three seasons.

The veteran guard is seemingly no longer in the Warriors' plans, as the team reshapes its identity around Steph Curry. With Kevin Durant bolting for Brooklyn, it appears the Warriors are starting fresh with Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green.

Livingston's intentions are to continue playing, and there will be no shortage of suitors for the guard's services.

In five seasons with the Warriors, Livingston averaged 5.4 points and 2.4 assists per game. While those aren't gaudy numbers, Livingston played an integral role in the Warriors dynastic run to the Finals during his tenure.
