BOOM! This one came out of nowhere. With barely a minute left in their bout at UFC Fight Night 155 in Sacramento, Jonathan Martinez did his best to channel Jorge Masvidal, whose flying knee KO last weekend at UFC 239 brought fight fans around the world to their feet in unbridled excitement. Check him out flooring Liu Pingyuan with vicious authority:

Yep, that's how you do that.
Sure, Martinez didn't take flight and bring the pain two seconds into his bout like Masvidal did to Ben Askren, but effective violence comes in many forms. The knee was all it took to end Pingyuan. Was it ever.
