VIDEO: Gleyber Torres Crushes Solo Shot as Yankees Retake Lead in Detroit

After storming out to a commanding 6-0 lead, the Yankees found themselves locked at six with the Detroit Tigers after a six-run inning in the bottom of the third. Then, Gleyber Torres stepped to the plate.

Torres crushed a home run into the Yankees' bullpen in left-center field to break the tie and give New York a 7-6 lead over Detroit. The young star sat on an 84 MPH off speed pitch and crushed it into the New York bullpen.

The long shot was Torres' 36th of the year.
