When it come to New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, you either love him or hate him. If you're not a Pats fan, it's usually the latter.

Regardless of your feelings towards Brady on the field, it's hard to deny how great a teammate he is. He treats everyone in the Patriots organization as his equal, a quality that's not easy to find in someone of his pedigree. And he's proving once again that no matter who his teammates are off the field, he'll continue to welcome them in with open arms.

Most know the story behind wideout Josh Gordon by now. He's an ultra-talented player who just can't seem to stay out of trouble off the field.

When he was picked up by New England during the 2018 season, Gordon showcased how dynamic he can be with a quarterback like Brady slinging him the rock. He totaled 40 catches for 720 yards and three touchdowns before getting suspended yet again for violating the terms of his reinstatement.

Mentoring Gordon, as Jeff Darlington reports Brady and his wife Gisele are, and making him feel like he has a home in New England is the best method to ensure Gordon stays out of trouble. Brady realizes that and he's doing his part to make him feel like he belongs.

It's unclear as to whether Gordon's suspension will be lifted in time for the start of training camp in August. But if his relationship with Brady continues to grow, they could be one of the most dangerous duos in the NFL this season.
