The Golden State Warriors will be waiting a little while before they begin the NBA Finals, which is a good thing considering the number of injuries they are nursing.

Kevin Durant is the name that generates the most frequent headlines and Boogie Cousins is a wild card, but Andre Iguodala is an important player to this team in crunch time-- so even though he didn't practice on Thursday because of tightness in his left calf, head coach Steve Kerr is confident he'll be ready for Game 1 of the Finals.

“Andre didn’t practice today,” Kerr said. “But we expect him to be okay by Game 1.”

Iguodala has been out since leaving Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals against the Portland Trail Blazers. He was held out of Game 4 even though his MRI came back clean.

He did not practice today, but he did complete a shooting workout following practice and it expected to ramp things up a bit in the following days to get ready for either Milwaukee or Toronto.
