For the first time this season, the No. 10 Penn State Nittany Lions will take on a ranked opponent when they battle the No. 17 Iowa Hawkeyes on Saturday.

The Nittany Lions defense has been one of the most consistent in college football this season. The unit, led by linebackers Cam Brown and Micah Parsons, leads the country with five sacks, and is in the top three in both scoring defense and rushing yards allowed.

The Hawk's offense struggled last weak against Michigan, scoring only three points in a disappointing defeat. The entire offensive line struggled and gave up eight sacks. The issues up front contributed to senior quarterback Nate Stanley throwing three picks, and the rushing attack only ending up with one net yard in the game. That all needs to change in a hurry against James Franklin's team.
Penn State's D shouldn't have any issues causing trouble for Stanley and crew as Iowa's spotty offense is likely going to stall for a second straight week.
