Michigan's game against Iowa wasn't expected to be a clash of offensive titans, but few could have predicted it to be the 10-3 snoozefest that it turned out to be, and even then, the final score doesn't do justice to just how bland the game was.

If you truly want to understand just how mindbogglingly horrific this game turned out to be, then take a look at the final drive chart, which features 15 punts, five turnovers and two missed field goals.

To most college football fans, this game was absolutely horrific, but if you're a fan of the 1920s style of football where absolutely nobody scored and points were worth their weight in gold, then this was your game.

Neither team managed to top 270 yards of total offense. They combined to convert just nine of their 30 third down attempts and just one of their three fourth down tries.

Literally everything about this game was uninspiring. The only thing that was really worth cheering for was when the clock mercifully showed that there were zero seconds left in the fourth quarter following Iowa's failed fourth-down conversion.

College football is supposed to be thrilling, exciting, riveting, anything other than what this game was. The full drive chart proves that this was a massacre of the modern game. It's truly a blessing that this game didn't go to overtime.
