First Look at Kawhi's Sick Signature New Balance Sneaker With Clippers Colorway
By Brendan Azoff

Kawhi Leonard made headlines on Saturday by signing with the Los Angeles Clippers and sending the LA basketball rivalry into the stratosphere. Naturally, it did not take long for New Balance to release a colorway for Kawhi's signature sneaker featuring his new team's colors.
Gone is the Raptors' red and black. Hello, red and blue.
The new shoe is similar to the old one, but the updated color scheme is certainly much more vibrant. New Balance had kept this update close to the vest, and released limited quantities of the shoe and selling them out almost immediately.
Sold out lightning fast, NB keeping supplies low, creating huge demand, eventually they'll need to go larger but strategy's working rn

The Clippers colorway sold out quickly, but has received mixed views on social media. For now, sneaker heads appear divided.
How creative... Do their imaginations go no further then choosing kawhis team colors and slapping them on the same shoe ?!

Kawhi made it clear that he is not after the popularity of a titanic sneaker brand like Nike or Adidas, famously signing with New Balance, a company as low-key as he is.
This shoe is definitely nicer than the older model, and if sales are any indication, the move to LA will definitely do wonders for the company's reach and recognition.
