The Antonio Brown saga has come to a crescendo, with him signing a one-year deal with who else but the New England Patriots. This all stemmed from a series of outlandish events, which Brown apparently had help with in orchestrating these outbursts.

According to ESPN's Chris Mortensen, Brown sought out social media experts to guide him on how to get released from the Oakland Raiders as quickly as possible.

It's unclear how many of his antics were planned in hopes of being cut from the team, but the report says Brown reached out to social media experts, who advised him to post general manager Mike Mayock's fine letter on Instagram.

The situation quickly devolved after this, leading to a verbal assault on the general manager, another fine, and his eventual release.

In hindsight, Brown clearly had a specific goal in mind and was in control throughout the process. Confronting Mayock at practice and posting coach Jon Gruden's phone conversation on YouTube were both strategic efforts to get released by the organization.

Now, Bill Belichick will have his hands full with the outspoken wide receiver, but something tells me this is exactly what Brown wanted all along.
