Yankees Getting Healthy at Right Time Should Terrify Rest of MLB
By Parker White

The New York Yankees have been battered and bruised all season, which would make you think they are hovering around .500 and just hanging on until reinforcements come and save the day, right?
Well, they aren't hanging on by the skin of their teeth. They've actually thrived and are leading the AL East with a 35-19 record over Tampa Bay and Boston.
This team is rolling and they'll only play better once the likes of Aaron Judge, Giancarlo Stanton and Didi Gregorius come back, which should terrify the rest of Major League Baseball.
Yankees: Win 24 of 30, sweep last series, win this series, have 2nd beat record in baseball, be in first place

They've been riddled with injury from Day 1 of the season, but it really became alarming on April 20 when Aaron Judge left the game with an oblique injury, which he's still out with. However, since that day, the Yankees are 25-8 and have looked like one of the best teams in baseball.
Imagine what they'll be able to do when the big boys get healthy and start playing everyday?
There’s been a lot of discussion about the Yankees record and how they have played mostly against teams below .500. The Yankees can only play who is on their schedule and no game is an automatic win. Yankees are just taking care of business with most of their starters injured.

Yes, the Yankees have played a softer schedule over the last month, but they can only play the teams on their schedule and you still have to win the games. And don't forget, they don't have one or two players out. At one point they had over 12 key players on the shelf.
With Judge and Gregorius inching closer, and James Paxton ever so close to returning to the mound, this Yankee teams becomes even more dangerous and they'll have quality depth behind them if more injuries pop up down the road.
Team of destiny? Maybe so.
