The Houston Astros (77-41) will be in Chicago to take on the White Sox (52-64) in the first game of a Tuesday doubleheader after the series opener was postponed on Monday. First pitch is scheduled for 4:40 PM ET from Guaranteed Rate Field and will be televised on NBCSCH+ and ATTH. The game can also be viewed on the MLB Streams subreddit.

White Sox Lineup

Former top prospect Tim Anderson is having a breakout season at the dish, as he's batting .324 with 12 home runs and has earned his spot as the club's two-hitter. Behind him is some serious power, as José Abreu and Eloy Jiménez have combined for 43 home runs this season.

Rookie right-hander Dylan Cease (2-4, 6.00 ERA) will take the mound for the White Sox in the first game on Tuesday, coming off arguably the best start of his young career. He's struggled with control in his first six starts, often unable to keep runs off the board.

Astros Lineup

The Astros sport one of the most lethal lineups in all of baseball. Incredibly, each of the top seven guys in Tuesday's lineup have an OPS of .879 or higher.

Perennial Cy Young candidate Zack Greinke (11-4, 3.08 ERA) will make his second start in an Astros uniform, and he'll look to tighten things up from his first outing with the club. In that game, he allowed an uncharacteristic five earned runs in six innings, but he managed to squeak out a win on the back of the Astros' fantastic offense.

In the words of the great Ernie Banks, it's a great day for a ball game. Let's play two!
