The stakes have never been higher in the Commonwealth Cup! The Virginia Cavaliers and the No. 23 Virginia Tech Hokies are battling for the ACC Coastal Division title on Black Friday. Time to set the scene.

Kickoff takes place at 12:00 p.m. EST from Scott Stadium in Charlottesville. The game will air nationally on ABC, with streaming available on WatchESPN and the Reddit College Football Streams subreddit.
The 8-3 Cavaliers have won three straight games after losing three of their previous four. Virginia has yet to lose at home this season, and dominated Liberty last week, 55-27. The UVA defense dominated with three sacks and two interceptions, while seven players each scored a touchdown on offense.

The Hokies match the Wahoos at 8-3, along with a 5-2 conference record, and have hopes of facing No. 3 Clemson in the ACC Championship Game. VaTech has not allowed a point in its last two games and has won six of its last seven, with their lone loss coming by one point to No. 15 Notre Dame on the road.
The Hokies' 28-0 blowout of Pittsburgh last week came despite just 153 yards of passing offense.
