VIDEO: Xander Bogaerts Keeps Hot Streak Going With 2nd Home Run of the Night
By Scott Rogust

The role of "Boston Red Sox offense" was portrayed by Xander Bogaerts on Thursday night against the Tampa Bay Rays. Seriously, just check the playbill. In the first inning, Bogaerts hit a go-ahead two-run homer. With the Sox down 4-2 in the bottom of the fifth, Bogaerts hit his second two-run bomb, this time sending it off the light tower of the Green Monster.

You just can't stop Xander Bogaerts this season, who continues to keep the defending champs in the thick of things. And there's no reason to believe that he's done doing damage in this AL East clash.
