Whether you think Astros INF Aledmys Diaz had a good slide at home plate or if Red Sox C Sandy Leon made a bad attempt at a tag, this play at the plate was surely impressive.

Typically the catcher should make that tag, as the ball appeared to get to his glove in time to nab the runner Diaz at the plate. Diaz made a valiant effort to avoid it, however, and succeeded. Can't say you see this kind of play missed every night, especially at the highest level.
