The Cleveland Indians are still within reach of winning the AL Central, so every game down the stretch means a lot. But on a serious note, one of the Indians' top starters, Carlos Carrasco, took the mound in relief for the first time since being diagnosed with leukemia back in June. As you can imagine, there wasn't a person at the game still sitting:

The Rays dugout got on their feet and applauded Carrasco, and the leader of this Indians team, Francisco Lindor, went over to the mound to give Carrasco a pep talk before getting after it. This was class personified, all around.

It doesn't even matter that Cookie gave up a run in his first inning back. The fact that he's healthy enough to get back out there is a blessing unto itself, and should provide the Tribe with more ammunition out of the 'pen down the stretch.
