VIDEO: DeMarcus Ware Teases Return to Cowboys With Clip on Twitter
By Charles Nason

After spending the past year as a pass-rush consultant for the Denver Broncos, former Pro Bowl defensive end Demarcus Ware could be headed back to his original stomping grounds. Ware teased in a video on his Twitter page that he was back inside the Dallas Cowboys facilities.

If Ware were to return to Dallas, it's unclear what role he would take on. Perhaps he would simply help out with the defensive line, taking some of the weight off of defensive coordinator and defensive line coach Rod Marinelli. It's possible he could be brought on in the same role he held with the Broncos.
All of this, however, is speculation. No one knows for sure whether or not Ware is actually returning to Dallas, or if he was just toying with the idea. In any scenario, it would make sense for him to return and coach for the same team that drafted him and allowed him to sign a one-day contract to retire a Cowboy.

Ware is no longer under contract with the Broncos, which opens up the possibility of a reunion in Dallas. He's hinted about returning to the Cowboys before, and was even asked about a return to the field after Jason Witten announced he would play again in the NFL in 2019. He decided to pass on that option.
Who knows if Ware will return to the Cowboys or not, but it certainly seems like he's cozying up in Dallas once again.
