The Buffalo Bills are setting the bar for the AFC East in 2020. After watching the New England Patriots lose quarterback Tom Brady to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in free agency, general manager Brandon Beane decided bolster his team even further by trading for Minnesota Vikings wideout Stefon Diggs. Unlike his former team, Diggs seemed genuinely excited to play for the Bills and catch passes from quarterback Josh Allen. Bills Mafia was understandably pumped to hear that Diggs would be on the team in 2020 and beyond, and they'll be even more hyped once seeing the new No. 1 wideout's first workout since the big move.

Now that's a workout.

In case you're wondering, those aren't regular old rubber bands that Diggs has wrapped underneath his arms. Rather, those are resistance bands, which is making those pushups even more difficult. Maybe Diggs is trying to replicate Zay Jones' levitation move from over two years ago?

Diggs is already putting himself through hellish workouts to get himself ready for Buffalo's 2020 season filled with high expectations. That can only bode well for things around Orchard Park.
