Ryan Shazier still hopes one day he can put on the black and yellow and suit up for the Steelers again. In the meantime, Shazier continues to rehab around the clock and his role on the team is to help mentor and develop younger players.

One player who seems to be taking Shazier's advice is first-round pick Devin Bush.

The Steelers traded up with the Broncos for Bush and he is expected to fill the role Shazier once accompanied. Bush has said that Shazier has constantly been in his ear throughout the first couple months with Pittsburgh.

Bush said, "That’s like my big brother, honestly. He’s just showing me the ropes, the ins and outs of the NFL and how to be a man.”

Bush seems to be taking everything into account that Shazier preaches to him. Early reports of Bush's work with the Steelers so far have been good, as he is working his way to be a major force in the Pittsburgh defense this season.

If Shazier somehow makes his way back to the NFL, the pair of him and Bush can cause a lot of issues for opposing teams. For now, however, Shazier will do his best to shape Bush into a force for years to come.
