Alabama suffered its first lost of the season at the hands of LSU, but fans and former players are doing anything they can to deflect the blame elsewhere.

Take Ravens RB Mark Ingram, for instance, as the former Crimson Tide star took to Twitter to put the blame on Donald Trump for his alma mater taking a loss on Saturday.

Ingram suggested Trump was to be blamed, claiming that after he was shown on the big screen the Tide "had that bad swacky."

While Bama fans will certainly deflect the blame anywhere they can, it's hard to complain about a loss when the defense gave up 46 points. Joe Burrow walked all over Alabama's secondary, and they also couldn't contain Clyde Edwards-Helaire who rushed for three touchdowns.

Despite putting up 41 points with a less than 100% healthy Tua Tagovailoa, Alabama didn't always have their way offensively, putting up just 13 points in the first half.

This fumble by Tagovailoa came on their opening drive inside the 10-yard line. If they were clinical and finished this drive, the game could've looked a lot better for Alabama. And that's not all that went wrong. Tua also threw an interception right before halftime, which resulted in a Tigers TD.

While we understand it's easy to point the finger at the president, Trump is probably blameless in this one, as the Tigers were simply the better team from start to finish.
