Phil Hughes had a respectable baseball career, spanning 13 seasons with the Yankees, Twins and Padres. He even made an All-Star team!

Since 2018, Hughes has retired and evolved into one of the better MLB Twitter personalities. He just gets it, and isn't above making fun of himself, which is an absolute necessity for a player who grew accustomed to giving up bombs to some of the best stars of his day.

That includes Detroit Tigers star Miguel Cabrera.
