Detroit Tigers' legend and future Hall of Famer Miguel Cabrera seems like he's due for a resurgence in 2020. So far in Spring Training, Cabrera is hitting .316 with three home runs in eight games including two off new New York Yankees ace Gerrit Cole. After a rough couple years, Tiger fans are ready to have vintage Miggy back.

However, despite his positive performances in the months of February and March, those same fans have to remain cautious.

Cabrera was an All-Star every year but two from 2004-2016, but has missed the midsummer classic the past three seasons. He saw career lows in batting average and slugging in 2017. That same year was cut short due to two herniated disks in his back, his 2018 was cut short with a ruptured bicep, and his 2019 was littered with knee troubles that limited him to only 12 home runs and 59 RBI in 136 games. His 37 year-old body is catching up with him.

The veteran is headed into his 18th season looks good at the start, but don't be surprised if he disappoints once again in 2020.
