Jim Harbaugh and the Michigan Wolverines have made an early splash going into 2020 as they have signed five 4-star recruits during the early signing period.

These recruits include three offensive players and two defensive players as the Wolverines look to reload and challenge for the Big Ten title in the seasons to come.

WR A.J. Henning won the Gatorade Player of the Year award in the state of Illinois after putting up over 1,600 all purpose yards along with 28 touchdowns last season for Lincoln-Way East.

Jeffrey Persi is a 6-7, 275 pound behemoth from JSerra Catholic High School in Calif. He was a two year starter for his high school and is a bruiser in the trenches.

Blake Corum won the Gatorade Player of the Year award in the state of Maryland after rushing for over 1,400 yards with 22 touchdowns last season for St. Frances Academy.

Jordan Morant is a 5-11, 212 pound strong safety from Bergen Catholic High School in New Jersey. He was selected for the All-American Bowl this past season.

Makari Paige is a 6-3, 185 pound safety from West Bloomfield, Mich.

There's surely more news to come on the first day of the Early Signing Period for Michigan. But this is no doubt a good start.
