LSU Fan Waves Outrageously NSFW College GameDay Sign Written in French

Folks, a word of warning here: the subject of this article is a profane message that has no place in our discourse, much less a national television broadcast. And yet, here we are.

As you know, LSU and Alabama are locked in a No. 1 versus No. 2 clash Saturday in Tuscaloosa. But hours before the opening kick at Bryant-Denny Stadium, one Tiger fan drew battle lines with a sign brandished at ESPN's College GameDay that was of a highly inappropriate sexual nature.

Folks, go and look this one up if you want. That's your call. Suffice to say that one of these words refers to a male sexual organ and another one of them refers to a female dog. We'll leave it at that.

ESPN usually does a good job of policing profane and inappropriate signs and keeping them out of their live broadcasts, but they clearly lacked even an entry-level French speaker today.

Fortunately, as far as we know, Alabama will mount its response purely with its play on the field.
