The Cardinals have likely first-round pick and the ACC's second leading scorer Jordan Nwora to lead the way against a lethal Seminoles squad. Not only is Nwora a scoring threat, but five other players on the roster are averaging over 8.5 ppg. They need to keep scoring if they want to win, but that hasn't been a huge problem for them, as they are 10th in the country in 3-point percentage.
Meanwhile, the Seminoles are tied with Duke for second in the ACC at 23-4 and 13-3 in-conference. At 14-0 at home this season, Florida State doesn't have the star power of Louisville, but the depth is there.

While they have no one in the top 20 leading scorers in the ACC, the Seminoles have four players averaging nine or more ppg, with three averaging over 10 per game. The only Cardinal averaging over that mark is Nwora. Florida State won their last matchup last month by a score of 78-65 by simply outshooting Louisville, so they need to keep scoring at such a clip to have a chance to win.
This game is an uphill battle for Louisville, as Florida State's seemingly unbeatable at home, it seems. If the Cardinals can replicate their typical shooting numbers and counteract FSU's crowd, though, they stand a puncher's chance. This should be a perfect test as tournament play approaches.
