Legendary Cowboys Exec Gil Brandt Picks Dallas to Win Super Bowl
By Kevin Aquino

Revered Dallas Cowboys executive Gil Brandt is picking the team he spent nearly 30 years with as vice president of player personnel to win Super Bowl LIV.
Brandt left the Cowboys organization in 1988, but thinks they'll be able to win the big one for the first time since 1995 this season.

The Cowboys won two Super Bowls with Brandt on board (VI and XII), and had 20 straight winning seasons during his tenure. He blazed the trail for modern NFL scouting, creating prospect evaluation systems used across the league.
Cowboys owner Jerry Jones seems to be onboard with Brandt, expressing confidence in his team's chances to win a title this year despite Ezekiel Elliott's holdout.
At 86 years old, Brandt is still active as an analyst and podcast host. He even joked about his outfit at the Cowboys Kickoff Luncheon on Twitter, which is pretty huge for a guy his age.
Shhh. Don't tell anyone, but I haven't taken the jacket off since I was enshrined. https://t.co/zLxc3BJTE5

Vegas has the Cowboys at 25-1 odds to win the Super Bowl this season, but Brandt's keen eye and analysis could have oddsmakers thinking twice.
