Ladies and gentlemen, LaVar Ball is still holding onto hope that Big Baller Brand will somehow be revitalized with his son Lonzo as the face of the brand.

The pair have publicly feuded recently, with LaVar calling his oldest son "damaged goods" before Lonzo declared he was making all of his career decisions going forward.

Well, it looks like LaVar isn't on board with Lonzo's independence, and his latest quote encapsulates that. "Lonzo can think all day. He ain't signing with nobody," said LaVar regarding the possibility of his son signing for another shoe company.

That certainly doesn't sound like LaVar is ready to relinquish control over his 21-year-old son.

Lonzo's his own man, and while family will always come first, Big Baller Brand clearly isn't a viable option for someone of Lonzo's professional status. He could legitimately be making so much more by signing to a brand like Nike or Adidas.

For LaVar to call out his own son like this shows that they've all but lost whatever remnant of their professional relationship they had. Lonzo's gone on the record saying that he'll always be indebted and loyal to his father, but it has to be a two-way street.

LaVar just needs to let go of everything and let his sons ball out on their own accord, especially when Lonzo thinks that his brother LaMelo has a legitimate shot at being better than he is.

Has this relationship finally reached its boiling point? Or will Lonzo continue to obey his fathers demands and remain the face of Big Baller Brand?
