LeBron James and the Lakers have been on an absolute tear this year, with their 37-11 record leading the Western Conference (and second in the NBA). James especially has been having a fantastic year, as he is averaging 25 points, 7.7 rebounds and a league-leading 10.7 assists per contest in his 17th year in the league. Oh, and he passed Kobe Bryant for third on the all-time scoring list.

The Spurs are led by their duo of DeMar DeRozan and LaMarcus Aldridge, both putting up excellent numbers as well.
The Spurs are currently looking at the playoffs from the outside-in, and need to string together as many wins as they can in order to secure a spot in the postseason. Look for them to come out aggressive against a tough Lakers team.
