VIDEO: Kash Daniel Apologizes to UF and Kyle Trask for Leg-Twisting Incident Earlier This Season
By Mark Powell

Despite previously not admitting to what looked to be a dirty attempt to injure Kyle Trask in Kentucky's game against Florida earlier this season, Kash Daniel has come clean and asked for forgiveness.

The play in question looked more like a wrestling move than what Daniel described as trying to free himself from under a lineman's leg.
Kentucky LB Kash Daniel said that his “hand was stuck underneath a lineman’s leg” when asked if he intentionally tried to hurt Florida QB Kyle Trask. This video looks to show otherwise. pic.twitter.com/z5dfoHQRKx

"...Am I out there to deliberately hurt somebody? Absolutely not. I’ve kept my mouth shut about it and I’ve been biting my tongue as long as I can, because that’s something I actually hold close to me. I was the victim of a dirty play, and if you don’t believe me, I have a plate of screws in my right ankle to prove that. I’ve got a scar halfway down my right leg. I’m not out there to hurt anybody,” Daniel said at the time.
Now, he's changed in tune, in part due to his college football career being over. Daniel has nothing left to hide, as he attempts to take his talents to the next level.
Florida fans, meanwhile, seem unlikely to be as forgiving.
