Houston Cheerleader Who Was Knocked Down in Friday Night Game Responds to 'Highlight'
By Jerry Trotta

A truly disturbing scene formulated in the third quarter of Friday night's clash between Houston and Washington State when a cheerleader came crashing to the ground after an errant pass by Houston quarterback D'Eriq King. Corbin went rolling out of bounds and his momentum forced a sideline reporter into a cheerleader, who couldn't recover in time to catch his flyer.
Because Twitter is the gift that keeps on giving, the cheerleader has gone viral by comically replying to a gif of her tumble.
Check me out I made ESPN (I'm the one falling) https://t.co/TpIjT7IE96

It's almost become the norm at this point, no?
Fear not, she was okay, as she confirmed in the replies to the post. Apart from a minor shoulder and head injury, she's all good!
Yeah! My head and shoulder hurt but I'm ok

This could have been way worse, so she could consider herself lucky.
Just a sore body and a bad headache! Very thankful it wasnt worse

And it looks like people she knows are starting to figure out that it was in fact her that took the gnarly fall during the game.
Yes :,) the guy in the tie backed into my stunt partner and knocked me off :')

If you find yourself embarrassed on national television due to elements that are out of your control, you are bound to get a post to do numbers the following day, so long as you have a Twitter account.
The most important narrative here, however, is the fact that @anne_cara is doing OK enough to have a laugh after the unfortunate incident.
