The Florida State Seminoles will travel north to take on the No. 25 Virginia Cavaliers on Saturday. The Seminoles are currently headed in the wrong direction, so facing the formidable Cavaliers may not be what the doctor ordered.

After splitting the first two games on the season, it seems the sky is falling for Florida State. After losing to Boise State on a neutral turf (in Florida) and narrowly escaping with an overtime one-point win over Lousiana-Monroe, the Seminoles absolutely NEED a statement victory.
That being said, the team collapsed in the second half of its loss and head coach Willie Taggart provides no reassurance that he can turn things around.

Virginia wide receiver Joe Reed was honored with ACC Player of the Week recognition after reeling in four receptions for 58 yards and a score last week against William and Mary. Look for the Cavaliers look take advantage of a program in turmoil, and Reed may be getting a ton of looks in this one.
