VIDEO: Lunatic Fan Wearing Trash Can on Head Bangs it While Astros Are Batting

If you didn't already know, the Houston Astros are going to have play through an excruciatingly long 2020 MLB season. In light of the league's findings of the team's cheating scandal that stemmed from its 2017 World Series run, fans have already began heckling the Astros during their Spring Training action. What started as constant booing and clever signs that poke fun at the situation has quickly turned into something much bigger. Spring Training patrons have stepped up their game to make the Astros feel uncomfortable at the plate and in the field, but this guy took it to the next level by literally donning a trash can on his head, and of course, banging the life out of it while Astros players took their cuts.

We've seen fans young and old running around Spring Training games and mocking the Astros with references to their sign-stealing antics. None have been as enthusiastic or creative as this crazed fan, however.

He wasn't the only fan at the game right behind home plate directly chirping the Astros either.

Fans are going to extreme lengths to get the attention of Astros players this spring, and we can only assume it'll get worse during the regular season. Let's hope that playing in the Houston heat has left Astros players with thick skin.
