It seems that DeSean Jackson is extremely motivated to enjoy a bounce back campaign in 2020. The 33-year-old veteran returned to the Philadelphia Eagles last season, but a core muscle injury and hernia limited him to just three games.

How well is Jackson doing in his recovery? We're glad you asked, because his latest Instagram post showed him clocking out at 23 MPH (!) during a track workout.

What makes this so absurd is the fact that Jackson wasn't even in full stride. According to the three-time Pro Bowler, he was only running at 80% intensity. He may be three years removed from his last 1,000-yard season, but there's no denying that D-Jax is still one of the most lethal deep threats in the NFL. After all, he led the league with a whopping18.9 yards per reception in 2018 as a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The Eagles figure to have a big role for Jackson this year, as his breakaway speed was sorely missed last year. Given the talent, or lack thereof, that quarterback Carson Wentz was working with at receiver, it really doesn't come as a surprise that he ranked 25th in yards per attempt in 2019. For context, his 6.7 tally was worse than gunslingers like Joe Flacco, Gardner Minshew, Kyle Allen and Case Keenum.

Assuming that Jackson remains healthy, we fully expect that figure to skyrocket this upcoming campaign. This latest workout clip proves that the 13-year pro is poised for a big year.
