Eagles Provide Positive Injury Update on Carson Wentz
By Ian Anderson

Finally some good news for the birds. Carson Wentz temporarily exited Sunday's game against the Seattle Seahawks with a hand injury and all of Philadelphia held its breath.
Fortunately for the City of Brotherly Love, Wentz's results came back negative, as the quarterback has only sustained a bruise on his throwing hand.

Only one game behind the Dallas Cowboys in the NFC East, the Eagles cannot afford to slip up if they wish to secure the division title for the second time in three seasons.
While Wentz seemed flustered often during yesterday's loss to Seattle, without him the Eagles stand no chance of making the postseason. There is no Nick Foles to take over this time.

Eagles/Cowboys would be 10-6

Some poor losses this season combined with some head-scratching wins have led the Eagles to a 5-6 record and the title of the most inconsistent team in football.
A healthy Wentz combined with the return of All-Pro right tackle Lane Johnson could right a rocking ship. Also, a convincing win versus a floundering Miami Dolphins team this coming Sunday could do wonders for their confidence going forward.
