The Philadelphia Eagles will get a big late-season boost with the return of their former All-Pro offensive lineman.

Lane Johnson announced he'll be cleared from concussion protocol on Tuesday. With Philadelphia one game behind the Dallas Cowboys in the division, his return could not be coming at a better time.

Johnson was clearly missed against the Seahawks, as while the scoreline doesn't indicate so, the Eagles took a beatdown at the hands of the Seattle Seahawks.

Carson Wentz was flustered all game, as the 17 MPH winds on the field combined with the Seahawks rejuvenated pass-rush made the quarterback's life a living hell.

Even without Pro-Bowl defensive end Jadeveon Clowney, the Seahawks defense managed three sacks, 10 QB hits, and forced five turnovers from an Eagles offense that has now struggled in consecutive weeks.

The difference between the Eagles with Johnson and without him is staggering. Without the right tackle, Wentz and the offense have looked lost, with the stats backing up that claim.

Getting Johnson back for the late stretch it monstrous for this team. Let's see if Wentz and the offense will take advantage of having one of the best tackles in the game back on the gridiron.
