After playing with a shocking lack of depth at wide receiver on Monday against the Giants, the Eagles' injury woes at the position just got worse.

Alshon Jeffery is done for the season after suffering a foot injury in Monday night's comeback win over rival New York.

Jeffery suffered a non-contact injury to his foot during Monday night's 23-17 overtime win over the Giants. He also notably suffered a calf injury earlier this season.

Philadelphia will have to make the most of their thin corps down the stretch, considering they missed Nelson Agholor due to a knee injury this week. On top of that, DeSean Jackson's abdominal injury means he could very well be done for the regular season and playoffs.

The Eagles are essentially down to rookie JJ Arcega-Whiteside and third-year receiver Greg Ward, Jr. A free agent signing or roster promotion from the practice squad is looming.

This is not good timing for the Eagles, who are tied with the Dallas Cowboys at 6-7 for the NFC East lead with just three games remaining in the regular season. The Eagles play the Washington Redskins on the road on Sunday.
