Cris Collinsworth Makes Fun of Greg McElroy for Weak Shoulder Slide During XFL Broadcast

The XFL is only in Week 2 and it's making an impact in more ways than one. Who thought the frenzy would hit the broadcasting booth?!
Though Greg McElroy looked to bring an NFL staple to the XFL announcing booth before Saturday's game between the DC Defenders and the New York Guardians by attempting his own Cris Collinsworth slide to start the broadcast, the master of the move did not approve.
C’mon Greg it’s not a shoulder bump https://t.co/YBrWCtBUgo

That's not gonna fly, Greg.
Collinsworth is known for his "slide" into the broadcast alongside Al Michaels on Sunday Night Football. He DOES NOT bump Michaels with his shoulder. Clean it up, Mr. McElroy!
The good news is that he'll have a couple more months to practice. Study the film.

That's so effortless it's hard not to watch on loop.
Who knows what'll happen if McElroy ends up perfecting the Collinsworth staple. Will the XFL then officially take over the NFL?
