Hold on to your hats, folks. We've still got some time before the 2019 NFL trade deadline comes and goes, and reports out of Dallas could result in a blockbuster move coming soon.

According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, the Jets have made safety Jamal Adams available for a trade. But in even bigger news, the Cowboys are interested in bringing the stud defensive back to Arlington.

Remember when Jerry Jones landed Amari Cooper last year and basically gave the Raiders the keys to his mansion to make it happen? Well, time for Jones to pony up if he wants Adams suiting up for Rod Marinelli's defense.

The 6-foot-1, 215-pound Adams is a Texas native and has been a true playmaker since arriving to the league in 2017. In seven games this year, the speedster has 39 total tackles and one interception.

Dallas, of course, isn't the only team with interest in trying to acquire Adams, so it won't be easy. For the Jets, they're also open to trading Le'Veon Bell. Changes are obviously needed for this 1-6 team.

Who will end up leaving town? Time is ticking for trades to be made. Someone needs to act fast.
