The Cowboys have been working to find DE Taco Charlton a new NFL home via trade, but the market doesn't look too hot for the former Michigan star. Instead, Dallas is reportedly expected to waive Charlton after just two years on the roster.
Charlton is probably the most excited about the move out of everybody involved, after he tweeted and deleted a tweet that said "free me" earlier this week.

This is looking like it's going to be a sunk cost for the Cowboys since they cannot find anybody willing work out a trade for Charlton. After all, he hasn't logged a snap this year and has just 46 tackles and four sacks in 27 career games.
Charlton will likely get scooped up by another team, but not one that's willing to surrender anything in return.
The #Cowboys are still keeping the door open for a possible trade of former first-round pass-rusher Taco Charlton, but if nothing comes to fruition, they plan to move on from him, sources tell @SlaterNFL and me. With Robert Quinn back on the roster, Taco is likely out.

Dallas DE Robert Quinn has served his two-game suspension for violating the league's performance-enhancing substance policy, and will be welcomed back to the lineup at Charlton's expense.
