Cowboys Plan to Activate DE Robert Quinn Following 2-Game Suspension
By Karl Rasmussen

The Dallas Cowboys made a big splash this offseason when they added star defensive end Robert Quinn from Miami in exchange for a sixth-round pick in 2020.
Well, Quinn's tenure in Dallas got off to a rocky start, as he was slapped with a two-game ban for violating the league's PED policy. He's served his punishment, and according to reports, the Cowboys have plans to activate him this week.

This will be a huge boost to Dallas' defensive line, as Quinn has been one of the league's most feared defenders for much of the past decade.
The 29-year-old defenseman will likely line up opposite Tank Lawrence in the trenches, giving the Cowboys two esteemed pass-rushers on the edge.
Jerry Jones declines to comment on whether the Cowboys are considering trading Taco Charlton, but says they’re glad to be getting Robert Quinn back.

Quinn can return from his suspension tomorrow morning.
Quinn is eligible to return from his suspension on Monday, and that seems to be the plan. He'll be back in practice with the squad and will look to get accustomed to playing alongside his new teammates.
Dallas has only managed two sacks on the season thus far, so the addition of Quinn should allow them to disrupt opposing quarterbacks more frequently.
Last year with the Dolphins, Quinn started all 16 games, logging 6.5 sacks and 38 tackles with 15 QB hits. While he's not the same player that was tearing up offensive lines from 2013-14, he's still an effective asset who can compliment the rest of the Cowboys' line.
