Cowboys OT Tyron Smith Not Expected to Play Against Jets
By Chris Pyo

The Dallas Cowboys face off against the New York Jets in what many expect to be a blowout. After all, Gang Green is one of the worst teams in the NFL; they have no semblance of composure or a winning attitude so far this season.
However, the Boys' job will be tougher than they hoped, as it's been announced that there's only a "slight chance" that star left tackle Tyron Smith suits up for this one.

Smith is a six-time Pro Bowler and six-time All-Pro honoree, and even as monstrous as the Cowboys' offensive line is all the way across, there's no doubt that Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott will miss his presence today.

The Cowboys could be facing some offensive line issues today in New Jersey vs. the Jets. Tackle La'El Collins (MCL) will not play & Tackle Tyron Smith (ankle) has just a "slight chance" of playing.

Besides Smith's presumed absence, the Cowboys will also be without offensive tackle La'el Collins as well, which could spell some trouble. As putrid as the Jets are, their defensive line is legitimately solid enough to cause some problems for Big D.
Will we see the Jets win their first game of the season? Perhaps that's a huge longshot, but this news about Smith makes things just a little more interesting.
