Everson Griffen saved the Minnesota Vikings a tough offseason decision in their endeavors to save money and get under the salary cap, as he chose to void his contract. He'll now become a free agent and relieve the team of $13.1 million.

While there is a chance Griffen returns to Minnesota on a team-friendly deal, there's definitely going to be a market for the edge rusher, especially from contenders. These three teams should make a run for Griffen.

3. Tennessee Titans

The Tennessee Titans were just one win away from reaching Super Bowl LIV, but ran into a buzzsaw in the form of the Kansas City Chiefs. Now, the Titans brace for a very active offseason, with plenty of big-name players hitting free agency. Even so, the team has a lot of cap space. If they had one weak point, it was the defensive line. Yes, they did have an above average pass rush (43 sacks) , but if they want to contend for the Super Bowl in 2020, they need to sign a player of the caliber of Griffen.

2. Seattle Seahawks

Like the Titans, the Seattle Seahawks have to spend some money this offseason. What limited the Seahawks from reaching the Super Bowl is a lack of a pass rush, which ranked as the second-worst in the league (28 sacks). Unfortunately for Seattle, Jadeveon Clowney, Ezekiel Ansah and Quinton Jefferson are all unrestricted free agents. Bringing in Griffen wouldn't be a bad fallback option for the Seahawks if they can't reel Clowney back to the Emerald City.

1. Baltimore Ravens

The Baltimore Ravens were arguably the most exciting team in the NFL this past season. The offense was electric and the defensive backfield was stifling. Their biggest deterrent was their defensive line, which didn't exactly place pressure on the opposing quarterback, notching just 37 sacks (21st in NFL). Baltimore has $30 million in cap space, and Griffen falls right in their price range.
