Ladies and gentlemen, the College Football Playoff semifinals are set. We now have the final four teams locked in.

Moments ago, the committee announced the four programs, with an obvious shakeup at the top after this weekend's conference championships. The headliner? LSU is now the new No. 1 team in the country after dominating Georgia to win the SEC title.

The Tigers' brilliant showing on Saturday powered them above Ohio State, now No. 2 in the land. The Buckeyes struggled in the first half of the Big Ten Championship Game, but owned Wisconsin in the second half to capture the glory.

Clemson and Oklahoma are ranked No. 3 and No. 4 after winning the ACC and Big 12 titles, respectively.

LSU will take on Oklahoma, while Ohio State and Clemson will meet in the other National Semifinal. Ed Orgeron, Joe Burrow and Co. will be major favorites against the Sooners, but don't sleep on Lincoln Riley and Jalen Hurts. As for Ohio State and Clemson, Justin Fields vs. Trevor Lawrence should be a sensational matchup.

Get ready, college football fans. Both of these showdowns will provide plenty of excitement and drama.
