MoMo Sanogo is a talented linebacker for Ole Miss who had his 2019 season cut short with an injury.
There is no real reason for him to be in the news right now, and he sent out this harmless tweet Wednesday morning.

Was the tweet funny? Maybe a bit, depending on the audience. This tweet was harmless and was just like any other on his page. That is, until a college football Instagram page totally changed up what Sanogo said in a shocking post.

Sanogo said he is switching consoles and @thecfbnetwork interpreted that as him entering the transfer portal? That is not even remotely close to what he said and could be easily disproved in a matter of seconds.
Plenty of people of all ages are trying to break into sports coverage and blatantly lying is not a good way to do that. Having the player himself call out your account is even worse and ruins all credibility.
Unless that page has some inside information, Sanogo is staying put at Ole Miss.
