Bryan Bulaga Thanks Packers Fans on Instagram After Signing With Chargers

The Green Bay Packers will need to find a right tackle for the first time since 2011 after they parted ways with longtime stalwart Bryan Bulaga. The former Iowa Hawkeye signed a three-year, $30 million deal with the Los Angeles Chargers, leaving the only franchise he's known as a professional.
Bulaga thanked Packers fans on Instagram for supporting him and his family for the last 10 years, calling himself "forever grateful for the Packers organization and the city of Green Bay."

Bulaga has started 124 games since 2011, all the while consistently grading as one of the best right tackles in all of football.
Bulaga was a key part of the 2011 team that won a Super Bowl over the Pittsburgh Steelers. In that game, Bulaga became the youngest player to ever play in the Super Bowl at the age of 21.

The Packers used a first-round pick on a raw kid from Iowa, and they turned that into a decade of solid play that eliminated their need at right tackle. Bulaga might be on to Los Angeles, but he gave the Packers years of memories to hold on to.
