Western Conference Player of the Week Carmelo Anthony is playing at a level that many fans thought unattainable for the veteran, offering new life to a now 8-12 Blazers team that started the year off on a particularly rough note.
Portland has won three straight now, but face a very tough challenge in the Clippers. Strong performances from Damian Lillard, CJ McCollum and Melo are going to be required for the Blazers to have a chance on the road.

The Blazers will have their hands full defending the tandem of Paul George and Kawhi Leonard. And things won't get easier against a second unit led by Lou Williams.
The Clippers come into this game sitting third in the Western Conference with a 15-6 record and need a couple victories in order to catch the Lakers.
