Amari Cooper's Comment on Playing Through Injuries Proves He's a True Warrior
By Aaron Halford

While injuries have limited Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Amari Cooper's action this preseason, it hasn't dampened his mindset entering the new season.
Cooper, who is dealing with plantar fasciitis, said he isn't worried at all about his injury.
Amari Cooper said he's dealing with plantar fasciitis. "I'm not worried about it at all because I know if it does linger, it doesn't matter. I had 1,000 yards on a plantar fasciitis foot (my rookie year), so I’m not really worried about it." https://t.co/aBVid1XmCW

After being traded to Dallas from Oakland in the middle of last year, Cooper made an immediate impact in Jason Garrett's offense. Now with Jason Witten back and Randall Cobb in the slot, the Cowboys have a chance to put up some serious numbers on offense.
In nine games last year with Dallas, Cooper recorded 725 yards receiving and six touchdowns. When healthy, Cooper gives the Cowboys a deep threat that they haven't had since Dez Bryant.
"It's not a big deal."

While it's fair to assume Cooper will be active to begin the 2019 NFL season, Cowboys fans should make sure the star wideout isn't risking anything by playing.
With Ezekiel Elliott's status still in limbo, Cooper's presence on the field becomes all the more important.
