The New York Yankees are among the World Series favorites this season, and Aaron Judge playing excellent defense in right field while obliterating pitches at the plate is a major reason as to why.

We have yet to see Judge debut at Spring Training so far due to some shoulder ailments. Aaron Boone's latest update should allow Yankee fans to exhale, though, as he said that Judge is now throwing from 120 feet and is starting to work on hitting drills. They are targeting a return to game action somewhere in early March.

In all honesty, that's more than enough spring action, if all goes well.

Judge has hit 27 home runs in each of the last two seasons, but he has missed 110 games across those two seasons due to various injuries. His prior history and importance to the Yankee lineup are both contributing factors as to why Boone has been so hesitant to let Judge go out there at full speed at this juncture.

Judge's health has been the one thing stopping him from cementing his place as the best corner outfielder in all of baseball. If the Yankees can get anywhere close to 162 games out of Judge, they should be on track for a division crown and much more.
