Za'Darius Smith is a man of the people.

Apparently, the mother of a Green Bay Packers' equipment staff member is sick, and to cheer her up, Smith is wearing a shirt underneath his jersey that says "We (heart) Eileen."

The Packers linebacker's plan is to flash that shirt for everyone to see if he records a sack Sunday night against the 49ers.

Smith, who signed a four-year, $66 million contract with Green Bay this past offseason, is quickly becoming a fan favorite with Packers fans thanks to his play on the field, as well as his personality off of it.

In 10 games, Smith has logged 8.5 sacks, which is tied for seventh in the league. His ability to get to the quarterback has also resulted in some of the best sack celebrations the league has seen in a while.

With added personal motivation to a highly-anticipated matchup, Packers fans will definitely be receiving the maximum effort from Smith Sunday night. Jimmy Garoppolo seriously better watch out for himself.
