Before he was one of the best managers of the 21st century, Terry Francona was a light-hitting first baseman and outfielder who spent most of his short pro career with the Montreal Expos.

Reddit user CringeBinger unearthed one of the relatively few candid photos of Francona with the Expos during his 10-year MLB career, and it's easy to see why he claimed that he had such a strong resemblance to a very specific Hollywood actor: Shia LaBeouf.

The son of former Indians All-Star Tito Francona, Terry won two championships with the Boston Red Sox before taking the Indians job in 2013. Francona has won 56 percent of his games in charge of Cleveland, winning three division titles and one AL pennant along the way.

Do you see the resemblance? You be the judge!

Interestingly, Francona was also the manager for Michael Jordan's stint with the Double-A Birmingham Barons, a stint that will be focused on during episodes VII and VIII of "The Last Dance."

Yep, he's been around the block.

When they make the biopic about Francona's unusual journey through baseball, central casting won't have to too much research on who will play him in the younger years.
